Elsie Blair and Suzanne Blair Anderson Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Elsie Blair Memorial Scholarship Fund was first established in 1995 by Sue (Blair) Anderson in memory of her mother. Elsie Blair was not only a fine businesswoman, but also very interested in all aspects of the business world.
When Sue (Blair) Anderson passed away in January of 2011, her family requested that her name be added to the fund. As a result of their request to honor both of the special women in their lives, the name of the scholarship fund was changed to the Elsie Blair and Suzanne Blair Anderson Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund purpose has remained the same and scholarships are offered to female students attending a high school in Shiawassee County and planning to major in business.
